Start with the duty cycle
Define the application: long-haul tractor, tipper, mixer, tanker, flatbed, low-bed, box body, refrigerated distribution or another use.
State expected payload, road conditions, annual utilization and operating environment if these affect configuration.
Chassis and axle configuration
Specify required drive and axle arrangement, gross vehicle or combination weight requirements and any wheelbase or body-length constraints.
For project fleets, align the chassis with the intended body or trailer rather than treating them as separate purchases.
Engine, transmission and destination compliance
Identify required engine power range, transmission preference, emissions standard and left-hand/right-hand drive requirement.
Confirm any destination registration, homologation or technical requirements before final vehicle selection.
Condition and fleet consistency
State whether the requirement is factory new or unused/zero-kilometre stock and define acceptable production years if relevant.
For larger fleets, consistency of configuration can simplify spares, driver training and maintenance planning.
Inspection, documents and shipping
Define inspection scope, chassis/serial verification and documentation required for export and destination registration.
Provide destination port, quantity per shipment and delivery schedule so Ro-Ro, container or other transport options can be evaluated.
Commercial note: product availability, origin, inspection, documents, pricing, payment and delivery terms remain transaction-specific and subject to final agreement.
